in 1993 by Dr. Cheryl Gardner to put into practice the
principals that lead to customer satisfaction and to
assist organizations reach and maintain leadership in
their chosen arenas. The company provides services in
the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean to private
industry, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.
